RockPaperScissors is a multi-disciplinary, independently owned strategy design studio, based in Singapore.

Founded in 2024, it’s the culmination of over 30 years of work across strategy, innovation, communications, branding, and creative leadership—for startups, global brands, agencies, and NGOs. I’ve had the privilege of shaping initiatives for companies like Apple, Google, Unilever, Go-Jek, and the Alliance to End Plastic Waste—delivering business growth alongside environmental and social impact.

After 14 years working in Asia, I opened RockPaperScissors not just as a consultancy, but as a commitment:

To bring sharp thinking, strong stories, and deep experience to the challenges that matter now.

Why I Do This

I work hands-on with every client. No layers. No pass-offs. When you hire RockPaperScissors, you work with me—because I believe the best work happens in the tension between personal attention and big-picture thinking.

The Epilogue Economy™

Over the past few years, my focus has sharpened around a truth that’s hard to ignore:

We are not prepared for the future of aging.

Not as marketers, not as innovators, and certainly not as a society.

That insight led me to create The Epilogue Economy™, a lens and a platform for helping brands understand the biggest untapped market of the 21st century:

People over 50 who are in motion, not in decline.

They’re reinventing, rethinking, and rewriting what success looks like in life’s second half.

This isn’t a side project. It’s become central to the work I do, helping companies see transitions as growth opportunities, not demographic risks.

Whether it’s building a new brand narrative, running an executive session, or rethinking your relevance in a shifting market, RockPaperScissors exists to help you move beyond the obvious.

Beyond campaigns. Beyond noise. Beyond demographics.

No Input
No Output

I have always been a big fan of Joe Strummer of The Clash. In design and audio circles he is pretty well known for a saying that has guided me my whole life.

“No input. No output.”

Which is why I have chosen to be a life long student, not just of learning along the road of life, which I do quite often, but rather, formalised, organised learning from people smarter than myself.
